First batch of 764 constables passed out from CTC Mosaboni
Ranchi, December 26: Jharkhand chief minister Hemant Soren hoped that the training skills received at the constable training centre will help the first batch of trainees passing out from the constable training centre at IRB-1-5 in coping with new challenges.

Addressing the passing out trainees at constable training centre in Mosaboni under Ghatshila sub-division of East Singhbhum district on Monday, Hemant Soren said, “From today you are ready to walk on a new path. You have to face different challenges in the field you are joining. I have full hope and confidence that you will make good use of the training you have received here to deal with those challenges and changing crime scenario.”

In the presence of the Chief Minister, the trainee constables took an oath to serve the country and the state and perform their duties and responsibilities with honesty, integrity, hard work, joy and humility. The Chief Minister extended best wishes to all the trainee constables for their new beginning in life.
The Chief Minister said that there is a big challenge in front of the police to deal with different types of crimes happening today.

“In such a situation, the government lays special emphasis on getting the best training to the policemen along with state-of-the-art techniques, so that they can give a befitting reply to the criminals involved in cyber crime and economic crime along with general crimes. Apart from the security and law and order of the state and the people, your service is taken in many other works including elections. In such a situation, you can perform your tasks in a better way,” said Soren.
The Chief Minister asked the DGP and senior police officials to prepare an action plan to keep the Constable Training Center, Musabani full of activities and explore the possibilities of using it in other areas along with training in it, so that it can be included as the best training center in the country.
Principal secretary, home, prison and disaster management Rajeev Arun Ekka asked the trainee constables to contribute in the interest of the state and the public.
“Work by increasing your efficiency to maintain peace and tranquility in people’s lives. May you be a shield for the weak and poor people of the state. May your presence give strength to the general public,” Ekka said.
Addressing the trainee constables, DGP Neeraj Sinha said that in today’s changing times, criminals are constantly promoting crime in new ways.
“Keep updating your skills to save people from them. In this training center of Musabani, all of you have been provided education in various subjects along with physical training, use all these trainings efficiently in your work,” said Sinha.
A total of 764 trainee constables of IRB 1 to 5 of the session 2019-20 have completed their training from the centre located at Swaspur in Mosaboni.
In which 345 are from IRB 1 (Jamtara), 101 in IRB 2 (Musabani), 113 in IRB 3 (Chatra), 113 in IRB 4 (Latehar), I 92 trainee constables of RB 5(Gumla) participated. These include 260 female trainee constables and 504 male trainee constables.
The Chief Minister offered floral tributes at the Amar Jawan Martyr’s Memorial and planted saplings in the premises of the training institute.
The Chief Minister felicitated Chandan Pandey and Anjali Toppo as the best cadets of the first batch to undergo training here.
Trainee Constable Ragini Kumari presented a self-made painting of Chief Minister Mr. Hemant Soren to the Chief Minister.
The Chief Minister provided tracksuits, caps, footballs to the children of Musabani’s Anganwadi to encourage them to play.
