MAG Aerospace will provide a U.S. Army program executive office with systems engineering technical assistance covering five product management offices under a potential five-year, $258 million task order.

The company said Friday it was awarded the SETA task order in support of the Project Manager Electronic Warfare & Cyber within the Army PEO Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors.

Services include program management and logistics and engineering support for the lifecycle of PM EW&C systems. The offices focused on information warfare, electronic warfare integration, terrestrial spectrum warfare, electronic attack and tactical space superiority will be provided with the said services over a one-year base period and four option years.

The task order was awarded to MAG under the Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. The company has a spot on the multiple award IDIQ through its acquisition of professional services firm AASKI Technology, which is among the 55 awardees of the potential $37.4 billion contract vehicle.

“Ensuring the protection of Electronic and Cyber Warfare capabilities that provide Spectrum and Cyberspace Superiority to the Warfighter is one of the most critical responsibilities in the Army and the Electronic Warfare and Cyber mission,” said Joseph Reale, CEO of MAG.
